At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,241 in 298 households, when it was
Gilvan Rural District of the
Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,255 people in 321 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,249 people in 378 households.[2]
In 2017, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Gilvan District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the new Tashvir Rural District.[4]
