Person on Netherword box art is most definitely Jukka Tapanimäki himself, have seen his pictures in 80's C=Lehti (Finnish early C= magazine), where he made some articles. Also seen other pictures in net. So, definitely Jukka. Guy was ultimate computer nerd and extremely talented. — Preceding

Removed the "alcohol poisoning" as cause of death. Source was not reliable enough. There has been several causes rumored over decade, from suicide to heart failure (accident and alcohol poisoning in between), none had reliable source. — Preceding

I doubt the reports of "heart failure due to coronary heart disease" are reliable either, and should be removed. As someone with a medical background, I can tell you that it is extremely rare for adults under 40 to die of heart failure. Most cardiac deaths in young people are due to undiagnosed arrhythmias or cardiomyopathy.
