This article can be renamed to Zalzala Jazeera. That's the name the island has now. Finishing Touch ( talk) 15:52, 25 September 2013 (UTC)
This source is calling the island Zalzala Koh, and has provided dimensions being: • Area: 22 726 m² • Length: 175,7 m • Width: 160,9 m
Note also that different location coordinates appear on the satellite image provided at the source. Also the name Zalzala Koh is confirmed here
