The summary is wrong. A Yakuman is not the name of a winning hand, but rather the most expensive class of winning hands. Furthermore, all groups collected have to be of one color (in that group) and may be runs or sets.
There are sources on how the game of Riichi Mahjong is played properly [1] but I don't have any that pertain to this video game in particular. I will point out, though, that the source given for that part of the summary (Reference 3) gives a 404 error.
