On the Notability notice: this person's relevance comes from his academic background only in part. The text also reflects his role as a local/regional activist and - quite importantly - his role as a religious figure. A number of (Galician) press references and secondary sources do track back to him. Furthermore, this entry has already been added to the Galician wikipedia (see
gl:Xoán Paredes).
Maybe the religious issue should be further explored though... that's open to debate.
Likewise, didn't wikipedia say that wordpress material should not be on the blacklist anymore some time back? Should we be deleting the current warning about that?
