User:Vexations can you elaborate on the better source statement? There are multiple press releases mentioning the foundation date, not just that one, going off a quick google search.XPEC Entertainment's Linkedin Profile also mentions same foundation date.
Press releases are less than satisfactory to establish notability. I think the consensus at
WP:RSN is that a press release from a publicly traded company issued through a major wire service such as PRNewswire or Businesswire can be used to cite basic facts like office locations until an independent, reliable source becomes available. The {{better source}} tag I added refers to the need to still find that independent, reliable source. Having an article on a company with only one reference that is clearly not independent, is contrary to
WP:NCORP.

Thanks for the reply! I've been mostly going through press at Yahoo finance to fill the blanks so to speak. I try to find secondary sources but it can be difficult since I have to go through the archives all over again and it can a pain. Can that Scribd source be used in this article?

Timur9008, with the caveat that it is a primary source, and a rather outdated one at that. I suppose you could use it to say that XPEC Entertainment was founded in August 200, and that around October 2013 it had 787 employees, and offices in Taipei, Kaohsiung, Suzhou and Beijing.
