I've replaced the expansion tag. It was removed once before, the the article wasn't really expanded. There could be a few more sections added, such as a history section, current information, and maybe a gallery, etc., etc. I don't have time to do all this, but I'm familiar enough with the bell to know this article could stand some improvements. I cut out ref to bell in NZ and found there are 20+ world wide. It and the organisation might be worth articles; first was in Japan so worth the ref.
Now less like an essay padded to a target number of words. I can't quite square what article says about casting and its supervision with what a linked foundry's site says.--
