What is the year for the Demuth ref? The inline {{ sfn}} templates have 2006, whilst the {{ cite book}} in the "Bibliography" shows 2003. My own personal copy is "Second edition 2004"... -- Redrose64 ( talk) 13:38, 12 June 2010 (UTC) reply
