From the summary it sounded like elements of Book 3 were used in the Netflix TV series (episode 7 particularly). I eventually able to find a source confirming it: " We pulled so much stuff from the third book, by taking Quell and making her a contemporary of Kovacs" [1] -- 109.79.80.26 ( talk) 20:53, 6 August 2019 (UTC) reply
