No, unless a move request says so, based on English sources of course, which are lacking a little right now. I created it as "Adalbert von Winkler", and reworded the article to make as few use of a name as possible. --

Makes sense to me. I am confused, however, since the article says he was born "Wojciech Kętrzyński" yet later changed his name to "Wojciech Kętrzyński". When was "Adalbert von Winkeler" used?
