Since you appear to have doubts as to whether the above village truly exists, I will tell you this: I've been there a number of times on the way to Stratton Mountain. As to source, I can't prove anyone on Wikipedia exists, as I cannot see them.

This is pretty wel confirmed by looking at the town's page on the
govoffice site "Today, the town is arguably better known as Bondville than Winhall itself, and the postal service recognizes zip code 05340 as Bondville alone. No matter where one lives in Winhall, mail is addressed to ‘Bondville’."
