William Schuyler Jackson →
William S. Jackson – Per
WP:COMMONNAME. Most coverage and documentation refers to him by his middle initial, not his full middle name. The page was moved in 2006 from William S. Jackson to its current name with the explanation of "disambiguated", however a disambiguation is not needed here (indeed, William S. Jackson just redirects to this page).

Comment I created this article as "William S. Jackson", according to
WP:MoS guidelines, later somebody moved it, contrary to the guidelines, to "William Schuyler Jackson". There are some editors who do not comply with the guidelines and move large numbers of bio articles to the full name, and then in some cases it is not possible to revert this, except by requesting an admin to do it. So, please move it back to where it belongs.
