Presently Wikipedia's William Palin Elderton's article has the following citation: "W. Palin Elderton (1907) Frequency-Curves and Correlation. London: Layton." However, I have a 4th edition (Cambridge University Press) of Elderton's book that gives the year for the first edition as 1906 (not 1907). Furthermore, the first edition is still available from Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/Frequency-curves-correlation-William-Palin-Elderton/dp/B006PN8N96/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1346271006&sr=8-3&keywords=frequency+curves+and+correlation) as:
"Publication Date: January 1, 1906 This book was digitized and reprinted from the collections of the University of California Libraries. Together, the more than one hundred UC Libraries comprise the largest university research library in the world, with over thirty-five million volumes in their holdings. This book and hundreds of thousands of others can be found online in the HathiTrust Digital Library.HP's patented BookPrep technology was used to clean artifacts resulting from use and digitization, improving your reading experience."
I added this as: Palin Elderton (1906) Frequency-Curves and Correlation, University of California Libraries, ASIN: B006PN8N96, 200 pages. Dr. J. Rodal ( talk) 20:26, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
