The median household, family income, and per capita numbers cite no reference and seem wildly high at $153k/$160k/$111k. By comparison, those numbers are higher than North Oaks!
...says $50k/$75k/$30k, which seems more reasonable. I am new to commenting on Wiki so if I am doing this wrong, 10e6 pardons.
