Hi! Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - I've been having a break over the holidays. :) I originally tagged this as having a COI because it was heavily edited by a paid editor. TP495, as you are also being paid, the COI tag is still relevant, and it will need to be removed by someone who isn't being paid to take it off. As to the neutrality, I don't know the situation with Wayne Elsey. However, two things stood out - the current sourcing is quote poor and often reads more as press releases than the sorts of articles we normally would use, and there appears to be controversy about his departure from Soles4Souls which is only briefly mentioned in the article as it stands, without any detail. - Bilby ( talk) 14:30, 29 December 2018 (UTC)
