Look, unless she shows up again, there simply isn't enough information on Warmonga to warrant a page for her. I say: put her back on the Minor Villains list.

We have a statement from the creator (see source) that she will return. Making her a recurring villain. Let's keep the other page for one time only villains.
Perhaps I should restate. Until she comes back and we get more info, Warmonga should stay on the Minor Villain list. There's just not enough on her at the moment to justify a full page to herself. On a related note, why does Zorpox (Evil Ron) get his own page when he's a one time only villain? At the very least, his info should be merged with
Ron Stoppable's page.

I'm looking to the future, it's only going to be a month of so before she resurfaces, by which time we will have enough information to do a full character workup on her (stub pages are fully permissible under wiki guidelines).
The small fry page is WAY too long as it is, so I'm spinning off all of the fan favorites and the most notable characters. It will make the lesser known characters more prominent, which is a good thing in the long run.
If we AFD this page, I can see some wiki-nazi slamming
WP:Notability based afds on other secondary characters like DNAmy and Dr. Dementor too saying that 3-4 shows is nothing in a 70 episode franchise. It's best not to start a president.
As for Zorpox. Fans love him, or at least love arguing with each other over him. Once you take out the teenage boys having lesbian Kim-Shego fantasies, he's rates soundly on the KP debate stage. This makes him notable enough to have his own page.
On that note, merging Ron and Zorpox would be a bad idea. Ron's page is already oversized as it is. Most people simply won't read through 6-8000 words about a comparatively new cartoon character (most won't even read through that many for a classic one like Mickey Mouse). When faced with a combined Ron-Zorpox page they will simply skim through and miss most of the detail.
