Hi. I've moved sections around a bit so that they make more sense (and to make room for future sections which could provide the context this article badly needs). Just keeping tabs of what I've changed, for everyone's reference. Thus far, I've
I feel that the article needs new sections to provide geographical and sociopolitical context, and a section to describe sources and the scope of existing academic literature relevant to the topic. I'll get started on that at some point, but if someone wants to get cracking at it, well and good.
