Hello! To answer your question, Wikipedia is not a traditional encyclopedia. Everything from text to images is user-submitted (i.e., random people volunteer their time and resources to the betterment of this project). The image may not be
free, or perhaps no one has simply taken the time to find it and upload it! Cheers!--

About the same image. The article attributes it to Carlos Gutierrez but nothing is said in his article about that. Is it the right Carlos Gutierrez the one being linked to? The former secretary of commerce?
