In the present form the momentum section in this article is OK for me. If it will be significantly extended then perhaps it will be better to make a new article. But I am not an expert so please consider that you think more appropriate. It may be also helpful to include in this section explicit expressions in terms of f for the five mentioned quantities (density, velocity,...). --

Thank you for your comment. I have included the expressions for density, velocity and pressure. I have also removed any reference to temperature and heatflux since they don't appear in the continuity equation or momentum equation.

I have added a section about the frozen-in approximation. I felt that this is so fundamental to plasma physics that it deserved to be mentioned. Unfortunately, I do not know the reference to the original work. The way I have presented it was shown to me by my professor in plasma physics.
