(3 years later) I've just removed it. "Vishwa-lipigala Rani" is in Kannada and means "Queen of the world's scripts", but I share your impression that the sentence is meaningless and irrelevant. Shreevatsa ( talk) 17:57, 20 June 2010 (UTC) reply
