Everywhere I've seen (airline websites, travel sites, etc.) calls it Victoria Inner Harbour Airport. Also, a google test came up with about 50 results for Victoria Harbour Water Aerodrome and 250+ for VIH Airport.

The reason it's listed as this is because I was working from the Water version of the
Canadian Flight Supplement. The publication only comes out once a year and could be different in the next edition. Also, this airport, like a lot of others (see
Toronto Pearson International Airport), has more than one "offical" name. There's the name the airport operator uses and the one that
NAVCANADA uses. For now I've made a redirect to it from Victoria Inner Harbour Airport and added that to the article as an alternate name. I just noticed who operates this one. So the double name thing is odd.

Just thought that if the Victoria Inner Harbour Airport is the more common name then it should be moved there and have Victoria Harbour Water Aerodrome as the secondary name. I'd say just go ahead and do it.
