Queen Bee?

If Beequeen truly was the queen of Beedrill, why wouldn't she evolve from a weedle or Kakuna? That part is purely speculation, I'm sure of it. Floramage! 05:59, 22 October 2006 (UTC) reply

They're not related. Beedrill is based on wasps rather then honeybees like Beequeen. 65.95.105.118 17:38, 29 December 2006 (UTC) reply

Hmmm... heh-heh! You're right! It does seem really Farfetch'd doesn't it? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Floramage ( talkcontribs) 22:23, 29 December 2006 (UTC). reply

Annoying Deletions and Edits

It seems that someone is continuously removing a lot of the 4th Generation Pokémon's "In the Video Games" section, stating that the reason he/she has done this is "NO GAME GUIDE". It doesn't really seem fair, in my opinion at least. I really think that before they do such major edits they should open up a discussion to figure out what should stay and what should go. I think its rude to delete the hard work of others. But that's just me. Floramage! 15:50, 23 January 2007 (UTC) reply

I am removing bits of information that would be used for the express purpose of building a tournament party, which Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not forbids (I consider a Poke's base stats to be tantamount to this). If you object so much, I won't object to being reverted. Regards, Jeske ( v^_^v) 22:51, 23 January 2007 (UTC) reply
I'm sorry if I sounded bitchy or something. Honestly, that wasn't my intention. I just thought it should be something discussed with before deletion. Also, I would love to revert, but I still haven't got the hang of things here on Wikipedia. Anyways, I apologize and thanks for clearing this all up. Floramage! 04:46, 24 January 2007 (UTC) reply

Translated Pokédex Entry

Is there anyone who has a translated Pokédex entry for Beequeen? Or any Pokémon for that matter?- Floramage! 15:55, 23 March 2007 (UTC) reply

Hey! Sounds like the same problem we're having at Nidorina! We don't have Pokedex info! - Jeske ( v^_^v) 23:23, 23 March 2007 (UTC) reply
Seriously? How- or better yet- why? That's so odd. I mean, it's one of the original 150 Pokémon! It should have Pokédex info... I'll see if I can find my Blue Version cartridge and get it from there or would that count as original research?- Floramage! 04:33, 25 March 2007 (UTC) reply
Someone keeps tacking {{fact}} tags on Pokedex info. I just reinstated part of the deleted stuff thanks to MCY. Blue/Red info, or even Advanced Gen. info would be appreciated, and does work as official info, not OR. - Jeske ( v^_^v) 03:34, 26 March 2007 (UTC) reply
Bulbapedia's translated all the Dex entries, but I'm not sure if we can accept that…— ウルタプ 03:42, 26 March 2007 (UTC) reply
I heavily doubt it, since Bulbapedia is as bad as Serebii. - Jeske ( v^_^v) 03:51, 26 March 2007 (UTC) reply
Whatever, I'm sure they can all wait a month for a stub to grow. >>;— ウルタプ 03:58, 26 March 2007 (UTC) reply

What's wrong with serebii?

Serebii.net is a fansite run by fans. They also have the tendency to leave out the sources of their new information. While I personally love Serebii.net, it just does not count as an official source. Now that I think about it, I think we should wait until the game come out this month to get the Pokédex info.- Floramage! 02:53, 2 April 2007 (UTC) reply

1up apparently says Combee and Vespiquen. Do they count? o.o;— ウルタプ 17:44, 8 April 2007 (UTC) reply
Oh, right, I forgot. Um... –  mcy1008 ( talk) 17:45, 8 April 2007 (UTC) reply
Well, let's just use it. I think it should be okay. –  mcy1008 ( talk) 17:50, 8 April 2007 (UTC) reply

Great stuff. Should we request a move? - NP Chilla 22:30, 10 April 2007 (UTC) reply

Male Evolution?

"Though strangely enough, some trainers were able to evolve their male Combee into a Vespiquen, changing from male to female in the evolving process." Any proof of this? Viewtiful Rekk 07:05, 16 June 2007 (UTC) reply

I would say it is impossible (just like, say, such happening for a naked mole rat specie), but if I find any veracity to this on my Pearl version, it'll confirm it. - Jeske ( v^_^v) 05:26, 18 June 2007 (UTC) reply
