Hello @
Down time: None of these removals look correct to me.
[1][2][3]. The first two are similar in concept to other images and so might not be needed however the only image of fruit eating, in the Diet section
[4] is certainly needed.

Invasive Spices: Greetings. My interpretation of Wikipedia guidelines is that images should be used sparingly. Also, that photos are not decorative and should only be used to help illustrate something that might be difficult to comprehend based solely on text. That said, readers can imagine what a monkey looks like when eating a piece of fruit so I removed that image. If you feel showing a monkey eating fruit is necessary to further a reader’s understanding then please reinstate the image. In regard to my removal of the other images: Including two photos of a male’s genital coloration, and two photos of a female holding her young, is redundant and therefore not within guidelines. If you wish to reinstate those 2 photos I request the change be decided in community fashion after the opinions of several other editors have been gathered. In general, I feel there are still an excessive number of images in this article and more should be culled. In any event, I appreciate the conversation

"Sparingly" is not my interpretation. From
MOS:IMAGEThey are often an important illustrative aid to understanding. I would like to have more images as long as it doesn't turn into another
Commons:Category:Chlorocebus pygerythrus. On the first two images I see you meant they were redundant in concept and I agree we don't need them. Anyway none of those three are absolutely necessary so I won't revert anything. Pleased to talk with you about it - I learned some editors want fewer images.
