I would suggest here, as in the house, progressives need a shade of blue. I suspect that they seldom caucus with Republicans, but probably often enough with Democrats. Student7 ( talk) 00:46, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
The article doesn't state which voting system is used to elect the multi-member districts? Does the elector vote for more than one candidate (which would be bloc voting or limited voting) or does she vote for only one (which would be the SNTV method)?
