VIS Entertainment started developing State of Emergency 2 but they went into administration before it was completed, DC Studios bought over that portion of VIS and completed the game then released it with Southpeak as a publisher. Johnmcl7 ( talk) 18:33, 7 October 2016 (UTC) reply
