- The considerations in the de.wiki discussion seem to focus on
Relevanzkritirien, specifically about it having been on the stock market, which isn't a consideration on en.wiki.
WP:NCORP specifies rather strict sourcing requirements, and I see no indication that these are met here or in the de.wiki article and discussion. signed,
