Well, that's a terrible translation. E.g., they call it "folder" instead of brochire, use lower-case English, etc. But as it's self declared, it should be taken as official. It's also in
[1]. We should rename the article accordingly, would you disagree?

I've contacted eri@unespar.edu.br asking for confirmation among "University of the State of Paraná", "State University of Paraná", and "Paraná State University".

I've received a response from the International Office Advisor at UNESPAR on March 6th stating that "University of the State of Paraná" is the current preferred form in English. I'll rename the page accordingly. I've also updated the
central listing.
