South African usage not withstanding, the English Wiki uses decimal points, like the rest of the English speaking world, and not decimal commas. So "The 17.5 mile Madonela Branch", and not "The 17,5 mile Madonela Branch". Hence {{convert|17.5|mi|adj=on}} and not 175-mile (282Â km). The latter result is truly hilarious.
