It's B class in quantity, but not in quality. Another pic would be nice. Make sure it follows the JMA, but still mention JTWC and PAGASA. Is there any more storm history? Is there a reason why steering flow was weak? It's close to B class, but a lot of places need some re-writing. In general, though, good job.

At the Dartmouth Flood Observatory page, it says "Floods and landslided from heavy rain following Typhoon Muifa." I'm not sure if that means that all the info related to that event is part of muifa or not. Anybody know?
