Besides the US Army wartime publication shown linked (which I have a copy of in book form), there is no evidence this "light tank" existed. Neither, Zaloga, Steven J. in his book: "Japanese Tanks 1939–45", nor, Tomczyk, Andrzej M. in his book: "Japanese Armor Vol. 1", nor the RS website, Taki's Imperial Japanese Army Page have any mention of it; and when looking at the photo (figure 243) claimed to be of the Type 93, it is really the earlier version of the Type 92 cavalry tank which is shown. Also in the US Army publication, it states the Type 93 has a "suspension... 4 bogie wheels coupled together in pairs via transverse even lever". p. 244. It has "two return rollers". p. 245. What is being described in the text is the later version of the Type 92. Tomczyk (2002), pp. 61, 63, 65.
This article should be a redirect to the Type 92 where it can be explained, with a mention as to its unlikely possibility but mainly unknown status as to existence; and probably is a mistaken identification of war-time analysis. That way there is no WP:OR involved. Kierzek ( talk) 19:22, 16 October 2016 (UTC)
