Support; I think you're right. There are a lot of alternative uses, but they all seem pretty marginal in one way or another (either nicknames, or partial title matches, or minor uses).

Oppose because the franchise article does not outpace the original film article in terms of traffic. A simple search engine test shows that "Tron" as a term is most associated with the original film, so I see a stronger case for that topic. I would also argue that the original film has educational value as a noteworthy science fiction film, where the franchise is merely a reflection of that film being milked by the studio. Just because the non-franchise articles are grouped under the franchise article on the disambiguation page does not mean that the franchise article is the one that readers are most likely to look for or the one that has the most educational value. I'd prefer maintaining the disambiguation page as-is or exploring the possibility of having the original film as the primary topic.

File:Tron Lightcycles.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under
fair use but there is no
explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the
boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with
fair use.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on
criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the
Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
