Of course these two articles should be merged. Who would defend that their should be separate entries for Transfer Credit and Credit Transfer. I can't think of many examples that are more obvious.
Ok, I admit I added the tag out of laziness, not because I thought the merge would need discussion... would you do it? I don't have the time right now...

I have done the merge, migrating "
Transfer Credit" into this page because it has been around longer. I expect this choice of page name to be unpopular to some, as this concept is known by various names (I personally prefer advanced standing), but it is more important to expand the content that quibble about the page name.
