The Hebrew name of the language as given in the first line of the article cannot possibly be transliterated "Hulaulá". Either it's a different name, or someone who doesn't know Hebrew copied it from somewhere without checking to see if it's correct.

Trans-Zab Jewish Neo-Aramaic – This is the most common way of referring to the language in reliable sources; as noted
here the terms are synonymous ("Trans-Zab Jewish Neo-Aramaic, also known as Hulaulá “Judaism,” across the Lesser Zab in Iranian Kurdistan"). There are only 19 Google Scholar results for Hulaulá as an Aramaic language
