I just did a bold change. Since two are official ratings and 13 are unofficial, I left the two official as if only two occurred, but I added a 3rd line for the 13 unofficial ones in the US. We could probably do that type of layout for any pre-1950 articles, since there are some intense/violent official ones pre-1950.

Honestly, I'd count the ratings from Grazulis since they're the closest thing we have to "official" for pre-1950 tornadoes in the U.S. and the NWS usually accepts these ratings when it refers to these tornadoes.
