The Lawsuit mentioned in the article, does not apply to the company TopWare Interactive AG, headquartered in Germany. TopWare Interactive AG had and has not court case with a company called Interplay and had and has no debts to such company. Please remove this section from Wikipedia, as this is libel and reputational damage. Thanks in advance.
The article does not say that TopWare Interactive AG were involved in a court case. The article currently says that Topware Interactive Inc were involved in a court case, and the cited reference, including an extract from the court judgment, appears to bear this out. Are you saying that there is not, and never has been, any relationship whatsoever between TopWare Interactive AG and Topware Interactive Inc? -

Per
WP:CRITICISM, we typically prefer to avoid dedicated sections like "lawsuits" because it draws undue attention to controversial aspects. Rather it should be part of the company's history. The lawsuit is for a subsidiary (or something), but unless that subsidiary is notable enough for a separate page, our normal practice is to consolidate them.

Is this company defunct or not?
This article is very inconsistent in terms of whether or not this company has disestablished or not: it's all in the present tense, talks about it having gone bankrupted and yet states it's currently developing a game for next year. So what actually is the company, dead or alive?
