I'm redirecting this to Simpson's page because other than routine notification, there isn't anything out there that would show that this company is independently notable of him. Most of its claim to fame is that it distributes some notable films. Notability isn't really inherited in this context. If they had made the films then that could be debatable, but they didn't. They just bought the rights and distributed them. Anything that is sourcable is fairly easily mentioned in Simpson's article, which I note is somewhat full of puffery in places.
