This article
Anti-Zionism has a long, complex and critically important history, which is (1) too detailed for the
Anti-Zionism article (although could be added in in summary form), and (2) not discussed in
Zionism,
History of Zionism or
Timeline of Zionism (and unlikely to be allowed in by pro-Zionist editors).
The complexity of the history of the subject is driven by the fact that each phase of anti-zionism was a reaction to each phase of zionism, and later to each phase of israel / palestine relations. As can be seen from this article itself, a very large number of reputable anti-zionist organisations have been founded over time, and a very large number of reputable books have been written on the subject.
This timeline article helps readers orientate themselves in this very challenging subject. A history or timeline of this topic is critically important for a reader to be able to understand both
Anti-Zionism and
Zionism. Allowing the
History of Zionism and / or
Timeline of Zionism articles to exist without also being able to read about those who held the opposite view over the last 150 years would detract from readers' understanding of the overall subject.
This article is contested for speedy deletion as a fork article of "Anti Zionism", and possible synthesis. Please share your opinion on the issue.

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... (your reason here)...
Hi Greyshark, how are you? Hope you've had a good summer.
I understand you'd like to delete this article - so I understand where you're coming from, would you mind responding to the points made in my post above?
Of course, this is why I posted it here and commented on the main talk page. It was proposed half a year ago and you were the only one to object, so let's discuss it either here or there.
