Comment: Once the move is done, revamp of the case name article is needed, theres are several sources, from news articles and websites that Thompson sued Trump for inciting violence, and then he withdraws the suit to avoid conflicts. Just setting the record straight after the move, revamping the legal case to reflect on Thompson, not just NAACP's lawsuit against Trump, Giuliani, Proud Boys and Oath Keepers. This also applies to several cases such as Swalwell, Smith and Blassingame, which is filed in the same DC court.
