Comment Unlikely this move would be justified solely on the basis of there being no other articles of the same name, as those articles obviously exist and "Tom" and "Tommy" are just shorthand for "Thomas" as Ortizep says (for example
the obituary at the
Tommy Watt article gives his birthname as Thomas Watt).
A move might have validity if it was demonstrated that
Thomas Watt (politician) was the
primary topic - ie that The politician's article is highly likely to be what anyone is searching for when they look for "Thomas Watt" and/or the politician Thomas Watt has substantially greater enduring notability and educational value than any other topic associated with that term. This is at least possible given the other Thomas Watt's didn't routinely use the formal name, but this discussion would probably need some evidence that this was the case. --

@
DrKay:, the page has just been created, so I don’t think comparing page views is a valid point

Support per nom. He's the only one on the list commonly known as Thomas Watt. It may be the legal name of some of the others, but they're not commonly known by it so the dab page is fine to list them. --

Oppose. The page views show that there is no primary topic, and if anything it's
Tom Watt (actor) that should be the primary topic. —
