I think it more than likely to be the 30th but I agree that it is crystal balling. In reality the name "Irish European Fiscal Compact referendum" provides a better template for this article which is more about the referendum than the bill. The same goes for previous referendums. —

If you don't know what the word respect means, then look it up on Wiktionary. I don't agree with the current name of this article, but there is a consensus for it, so I don't continue to bitch and moan about it, or call it "stupid".

I see. You may be right about those particular ones. I don't think it generalises to other failed referenda, but of course there is no requirement that all articles in a Category have names in the same format. As time goes by, the general public forgets about the topic, while the specialists who remember are more likely to use the formal/official name rather than an adhoc description. Some of the successful amendments might be moved on the same basis ("Irish Nice II referendum"?) but I have no strong opinions.
