I've modified one of the sentences to attribute who "our" is. Whilst he is a wonderful old man, and perhaps if his faith is true, the most wisest, but to say that he is "our" greatest teacher, refers to all of humanity, and many others of different faiths would disagree. Thus by stating "Tibettan Budhists and their supporters" it clarifies the statement and removes the presumptiveness
