Why is Chuck Jones listed in the credits of a 2004 film? He died in 2002. Was his voice used posthumously? And who is the "Slyvester" character who isn't mentioned in the Plot Summary?

The villain's fate
Principal Pankley's fate is uncertain after he was defeated, but problematic IP addresses constantly presume he was terminated and taken into custody. This speculation has to stop.
