Absence of airborne vehicles

Touring cricket teams (in real life) were still travelling by ship in the late 1950s, long after long-distance air travel had become possible, so I'm not sure that's the best example. 86.136.255.51 ( talk) 16:52, 1 April 2010 (UTC) reply
