Article was expanded at least 5x, and was nomimanted on due time. It is long enough and interesting. It cites sources inline. "Earwig's Copyvio Detector" cannot be applied since all sources are in foreign language. The hook is well-formated and interesting. Its length is within limit. The fact was checked by me with Google translator, and is cited inline. I AGF. QPQ was done. Good to go.
