Totafoth is not the same as tefillin. The tefillin are both the tefillin shel rosh (head) and the tefillin shel yad (hand/arm in biblical Hebrew). Totafoth is an ancient word of Anatolian origin. According to Rashi, totafot(h) means literally two-two, referring to the four compartments in the tefillin shel rosh. Reference: Vers 8 here:

This doesn't sound right in wikivoice, IMO it's a statement of faith, and the lead says The biblical verses often cited as referring to tefillin are obscure. Also, per
WP:RSPSCRIPTURE, some brilliant secondary sourcing would be good.
Except that the Tefillin contain the 4 passages that mention Tefillin. A secondary source would be the Kabalistic declaration that mentions the 4 passages as well.
