What about moving this page to "Teacher tenure reform (United States)" seeing as it is about the United States and rather than general teacher tenure reform worldwide?

-for the history it is states that in the 1920s women dominated the teacher profession, in fact they did not alot of males were given leads in schools over female teachers.
-their is not enough relevant information for the history, teacher tenure started because of teacher labor unions, and to bring more people into the profession, this was not mentioned. There is only two sentences for the historical background about teacher tenure.
-The idea of those against tenure reform is not into depth theirs not enough information on what actors are against tenure, and policies that have been enacted to limit teacher tenure.
