Oppose. The proposed standalone main title header "
Tamás" [with the diacritic] would be insufficiently differentiated from the disambiguation page which has "
Tamas" [without the diacritic] as its main header. I would, however, support merging contents of the
Tamás (name) page into the
Tamas dab page.
Tamás [with the diacritic] should redirect to the
Tamas dab page, rather than to
Tamás (name). —

This has been effectively using
WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT since many years ago. I think the acute is visible enough, esp. in the heading rendering. The visibility issue would primarily affect its listing in a condensed list at
Tamas, and there we have the caption in the rest of the line to clarify to anyone who might not notice the acute that it's about this particular name (with its own spelling and pronunciation). Whoever is actually searching for "Tamás" has been pointed here between 2011 and 2012 and between 2015 and the present day with no issue, so I don't think we should disambiguate that usage - it is not ambiguous, only "Tamas" is. We should not merge the anthroponymy article back into the disambiguation page because that would go against standard practice described at
WP:NAMELIST. Support --
