Weak oppose - What is the link between the two? aside coverage area, did the consortium directly propose the metro? This article really should be expanded on the current proposals rather than by previous transport initiatives. Or the consortia merged with
South West Wales itself. Although my opinion may be different if all the (defunct?) transport consortia in Wales were deemed not notable and taken to AfD. There's a small link. This doc
[1] discussses rapid transit (mentions the idea of a metro for the area once). The link is pretty weak though so I would agree with your opposition. I will explore the idea of merging it with
South West Wales. Thanks @
