I've used the name "Submarine U-475 Black Widow" for this page, as I don't know what the original name was. If anyone has a source with the original designation this page should probably be moved to "Soviet submarine B- (whatever)" in line with all the other submarine pages.

It would not have had a name while in service with the Soviets, just a hull number. We should choose something that conforms with
Wikipedia:Naming conventions (ships). Originally this would have been "Soviet submarine U-475" but it is no longer a Soviet submarine and I think now "Black Widow" is the more commonly known name, and the one used at
[1] and painted on the conning tower. We can't just use "Black Widow", so I suggest we go with
Black Widow (submarine).
