Most of this page seems to be taken from this site written by Evan Tuchinsky, although it's not clear if he also wrote the wiki page. Viriditas ( talk) 15:52, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
Driving past it every day on HW280, I notice it's oriented a different direction almost daily. Is it really inactive? If so, what's up with all the rearranging? Anybody know?
